This large scale project is targeting the development of a treatment plan based on state of the art disease management completed with education and on site training for COPD patients. 250 Physical Therapists in The Netherlands will be trained to use the DynaPort MoveMonitor to objectively measure ADL at the home environment of COPD patients. Already over 50 PT's are using the MoveMonitor.
